Our goal is to accelerate the pace of biomedical research by openly and directly sharing data on the function of molecular probes in traditional and emerging molecular phenotyping technologies.

About Us

We are a multidisciplinary team dedicated to sharing our research outcomes including an extensive database of molecular probes and their compatibility with a wide variety of tissue types and techniques. We develop molecular probes and rigorously test them based on the established validation protocols. We test and analyze the performance of molecular probes in mouse, marmoset, human, and organoid tissues processed with techniques, ranging from standard PFA fixation to novel tissue clearing and transformation techniques. Our goal is to disseminate the information we both generate and source from collaborators to aid the groundbreaking research being performed by the biomedical research community all over the world.
